Module 1: Annamayakosha

We explore:

  • Strength and resilience

  • Rest and nourishment

Module 2: Pranamayakosha

The Energy Layer

How is your relationship with your breath?
What are you energy levels and how confident are you in influencing them? 

 

We explore:

  • Breath patterns 

  • Nervous system regulation

  • What energizes you vs. drains you

  • Where you leak vitality

Bliss becomes more accessible when you energy is balanced and intentional.

Module 3: Manomayakosha

The Mental & Emotional Layer

How is your relationship with your mind?
What thought patterns and feeling states are creating stress and disconnection in your life? 

 

We explore:

  • Emotional reactivity

  • Inner dialogue awareness

  • Limiting beliefs

  • Stress habits & emotional regulation

Bliss becomes clouded by unconscious mental loops. When we become aware of them, they soften their grip.

Module 4: Vijnanamayakosha

The Wisdom Layer

How is your relationship with your inner wisdom and intuition?
Who are you beneath your conditioning?

 

We explore:

  • Intuition

  • Discernment 

  • Personal truth

  • Access to inner wisdom & guidance

Bliss deepens the more in touch you become with hearing your inner wisdom.

Module 5: Anandamayakosha

The Bliss Layer

Not something to be achieved - something to be revealed.

 

We explore:

  • Direct experience of bliss

  • Accessing awe in ordinary, busy life

  • Integrating all layers

  • Living from your deepest self

The final module is not about chasing peak states. It's about recognizing what has always been there.
