FAQ's
This membership is meant to support your personal wellness practices of yoga, meditation, and/or journaling. It is a choose-your-own adventure type of membership, meant to support your unique desire.
That being said, here are three levels of involvement to help you get an idea:
Each meditation class is about 30 minutes including discussion and Q&A (actual practice is about 15-20 minutes). Each yoga class is one hour. Journaling prompts are offered to support a weekly habit, but can be used more or less depending on your preference and goals.
Absolutely! Think of this membership as a buffet of specific wellness practices that all go with one another to support you holistically. Yet if only one or two of the practices interest you, enjoy those and set the others aside!
Of course! There are resources for you to start meditating slowly. Plus, every meditation practice I give you a step-by-step tutorial of the new technique making it accessible for all levels. I'm obsessed with making meditation less intimidating, simpler, and accessible to anyone who can think! You read that right - I'm a firm believer that if you can think, you can meditate. You'll be meditating and enjoying in no time.
All live classes will be recorded and added to your member's portal so you can watch them at your convenience. Many of our members opt to practice with the classes at their own convenience and get just as much transformation out of the experience, and have even shared that they feel connected to the community.
These classes are meant to be a bonus support system - they are not required to get the benefits from the membership. If you have a question during one of your practices and cannot attend class live, submit your question in the community hub and get all the support you need.
Absolutely! As long as you're curious and open to try different methodologies, you will get just as much (if not even more) out of this membership as beginners do.
