Dread, exhaustion, and worry filled my days.
It wasn't until I learned how to use productivity as a personal growth tool and discovered how to experience TIME differently, that I developed a tried and true process to get everything done that I set out to (including activities for health, wellness, and enjoyment).
Ever since, I know how to FEEL GOOD throughout even the busiest of days, manipulate time throughout my day, know how to break down overwhelming projects until I feel empowered and capable of accomplishing them, and I've added more extracurricular activities into my week than I ever thought possible.
